UP student protester Dani Ting, a 3rd year psychology student from University of the Philippines-Diliman, was seen in this tweet holding a reviewer behind a placard while she stands with a crowd of students at a protest rally in UP's Quezon Hall.

Patrick Wincy Reyes tweet with a caption:"ISKOLAR NG BAYAN NGAYON AY LUMALABAN (AT NAGREREVIEW NG BIO 12)". The line about scholars fighting is a common protest chant for UP students, while Bio 12 is a course on the fundamentals of biology.

Reyes uploaded his tweet at 10:50 a.m. on September 21, the 45th anniversary of the declaration of martial law and dubbed the first "National Day of Protest."
